Shipping and Returns For Latch Nursing & Maternity (Bensonroo Limited)

Delivery

Items are shipped using Fastways. We will endeavour to inform you via email your tracking number when items have been dispatched.

LATCH ships throughout New Zealand and Australia. We will consider other countries on an individual basis.

Laybuy

ALL purchases will operate as per normal when paid for using Laybuy, except refunds. There are NO refunds available if Laybuy is the payment method. All returns will be for store credit. As per Laybuy terms and conditions, LATCH will not give cash back to the customer on Laybuy purchases, under any circumstances.

NEW ZEALAND

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from LATCH Nursing and Maternity Wear, you can return your item, provided it is in its original condition (with tags still attached, if applicable), within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange (no redelivery charges for the first exchange, $5 for each consequent exchange) or a full refund of the item (minus a $5 delivery charge). This applies to full priced items only (newsletter subscriber discounts will be included in this).

Discounted items – You will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item (again excluding the delivery charge). We will exchange sizing where possible, but will require a $5 payment for the return shipping. Discounted items are any items not advertised at their full price, this may be a direct sale on the website, hidden sale, discount code, bulk deals etc. anything that reduces the price (excluding newsletter subscription discounts on full priced items). 

Process
1 – Make a note with the details listed below
2 – Return the form and the item(s) to (6E Heritage Close, Rolleston 7614)
3 – Once we receive the package we will action your request. We will only contact you if there is an issue we need to discuss (ie stock availability).
4 – Keep an eye out for your exchange or refund to arrive

AUSTRALIA

Please note all prices are in NZ$. Shipping is a set rate of NZ$15 until the payment required exceeds $NZ150, then the shipping is FREE. Bensonroo Limited (TA LATCH Nursing and Maternity Wear) does not accept any responsibility for local charges or customs delays. Please ensure you know your responsibilities with the Australian laws in regards to duties and taxes that may apply to your importation of LATCH products.

Parcels are sent with Fastways Couriers with their target delivery times being

Sydney 2 days

Canberra / New South Wales 2 - 3 days

Melbourne / Brisbane 3 days

Victoria 3 - 4 days

Adelaide / South Australia /Queensland 4 - 6 days

2 Perth / Western Australia/Tasmania 5 - 7 days

3 Rest of Australia / Northern Territories 6 - 8 days

  b - if for refund - note the payment method used (please note that all Laybuy purchases and sales items will receive store credit. Refunds are only available on full priced items), if paid by bank deposit please include your account details.
