ALL purchases will operate as per normal when paid for using GNPL, except refunds. There are NO refunds available if GNPL is the payment method. All returns will be for store credit. As per GNPL terms and conditions, LATCH will not give cash back to the customer on GNPL purchases, under any circumstances.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from LATCH Nursing and Maternity Wear, you can return your item, provided it is in its original condition (with tags still attached, if applicable), within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange (no redelivery charges for the first exchange, $5 for each consequent exchange) or a full refund of the item (minus a $5 delivery charge). This applies to full priced items only (newsletter subscriber discounts will be included in this). If you have purchased using a referral code, there will be $5 deducted from the refund.
Discounted items – You will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item (again excluding the delivery charge). For combo deals, kept items will revert to their full price when store credit is calculated. We will exchange sizing where possible, but will require a $5 payment for the return shipping. Discounted items are any items not advertised at their full price, this may be a direct sale on the website, hidden sale, discount code, bulk deals etc. anything that reduces the price (excluding newsletter subscription discounts on full priced items).
