How our feeding access works
Every LATCH piece hides a way to feed. Some open with a zip, some lift, some do a bit of both. Here's how each one works, who it suits best, and what to know about sizing, so you can pick the one that fits you and your bub.
Lift flap
Ruby Lift Tee, Ivy Lift Singlet, Layla, Sienna
Lift the top panel to reveal a low crossover cut underneath, then pull it aside to feed. Our easiest feeding access, and the one we recommend if you're new to feeding in public. It suits every bust size. If you're larger chested, the under panel may sit a little higher rather than under your bust, but it's still the easiest to use.
Angled chest zips
Mia Zip Tee, Zoey T Dress
An invisible zip runs on an angle down each side of the chest. Undo one side and feed, one-handed. The zips sit in the seams, so it just looks like a plain tee: the most discreet option we make. Larger than a DD cup? We recommend sizing up.
2-way horizontal zip
Luna Horizontal Zip Tee, Lily Horizontal Zip Singlet
An invisible zip runs across the chest and opens from either side. Open it the whole way or just a fraction, whatever you and bub need, and from both sides if you're feeding twins. The zip sits roughly at nipple height and doesn't stretch, so sizing matters: larger than a DD, size up one; around a G cup and up, size up two.
Zip and lift
Tess Summer Dress
A visible feature zip runs down the centre front. Undo it to find a straight modesty panel hidden underneath, then lift the panel to feed. You get the look of a zip-front dress with extra coverage.
Clip-down cups
Soft Nursing Bra, Pumping Bra
A standard nursing clip at each strap lowers the cup. Unclip, feed, clip back up.
Pregnancy only
Maternity pants, leggings, skirts and swimwear
These are made for your bump, with no feeding access. Pair them with any of the tops above once bub arrives.
A note on sizing
Our current stock runs a size small, so we recommend going up one size from your usual. Full flat-lay measurements are in our LATCH Size Guide.
